I have to believe that a whole passel of folks from New York etc would go over the border to fuel up making loads for N.J., that is going to stop which means lots of convenience stores will not sell so much beer.
Oh, this will definitely be felt along the border in terms of NY and PA. On the other hand, Jerseyans may start using those places, which we avoided because they were more expensive than those further in (they competed with NY/PA prices instead of NJ prices).
