I miss the good old days... when comedians were actually funny and smart, and would put offensive hecklers into the hall of shame with their rapier wit.
Nowadays they have to run to their safe place and cry.

Just for the sake of discussion, let's assume the behavior Peter Kim described actually happened. If he can't handle hecklers or disruptive audience members, he'll never make it as a comedian. I suspect he knows his career was going nowhere,and this is a convenient way of bailing out and saving face.

They do not seem to be aware of the fact that cursing and running down people is not humor. In the days of real humor it was not at the expense of another person.
Had t walk out of an act in Vegas because instead of being humorous he was revolting.
Second City has always had performers like that. Spoiled little hippy wannabees. I saw them in Toronto in 2001 and they spent half the show bashing Charlton Heston.
