Clinton says she 'does not recall' [20 times] in her answers about her emails
Newsy via AOL ^ | Oct 13th 2016 | LAUREN STEPHENSON

Although the U.S. Justice Department didn't end up pursuing criminal charges against Hillary Clinton, she's still having to answer questions about her private email server. And it's not just on the campaign trail — it's in court.

Clinton's attorneys submitted on her behalf answers to 23 of the 25 questions posed to her by Judicial Watch as part of its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against Clinton. Judicial Watch is a "conservative, non-partisan" watchdog organization.

She signed and submitted her answers under penalty of perjury on Monday.

And Thursday, Judicial Watch released Clinton's responses.

Many of the responses included the phrase: "does not recall." Based on Newsy's count, the phrase was used 20 times in her answers.

Clinton said she didn't recall ever discussing or being told the use of a private email for State Department business "conflicted with or violated federal recordkeeping laws." She also said she didn't recall any reasons other than convenience for using her private email account for State Department business.

When telling the truth just won’t do, break the law in two.

anyone with such a poor ability to recall recent events is certainly unfit to be President.

Well then let’s just make the friggin’ forgetful liar president, huh?

America better wake up before they make a mistake even bigger than the one they made with Obama.

I don’t know if the news is reporting on this but this is newsworthy that a presidential candidate can’t recall important events under oath. I would say (1) Hillary Clinton is not mentally capable of being president or (2) Hillary Clinton is a liar. I do not think it is a choice of (1) or (2) but both (1) and (2). Either one is disqualifying for president.
Now let’s see if the news media or justice follows this story. Don’t hold your breath.

It's mind boggling, but the lemmings want to pull the lever for the Hag.

The press won’t report on this, some cokehead actor will release a viral video about how he hates Trump and THAT will be newsworthy, again.

I’m guessing the judge isn’t going to be amused by her lying?

In her speeches, Hillary likes to tell about all the people she meets, and what they tell her. But when it comes to all the criminal acts she commits, she can never remember a thing!

It would make a great campaign commercial to inter-splice video of Hillary saying “I remember” with “I don't remember.”

It would be wonderful if some of the wikileaks emails contained advice to Hillary to do the “I don't remember” BS.

Trump should demand that she be screened for Alzheimer’s. Her mind is clearly Jello.

under penalty of perjury

And who's going to prosecute her if they do find that she perjured herself? Loretta Lynch?

She has gotten away with this crap for twenty-five years, you can almost see the smirk on her face as she writes the words “I don’t recall”.

Hillary: The memory was wiped, like with a cloth or something.
FBI: The memory of your email server?
Hillary: No, my brain's memory. It is in some ways tarred.

“Clinton also said she could not recall ever being warned about any hacking or attempted hacking of her private account or server.” — from article in Politico

In other words, she is so passive and stupid that she never thought about the possibility of being hacked in her own imagination — with all the warnings about identity theft, thirty second advertisements about hacking on TV, etc. She did tell Chris Wallace that she would go into a “security tent” while overseas to prevent hacking.

She is lying.

She wants Americans to vote her for president while she is incapable of remembering events of only a year ago?

Her memory lapses are proof that she is unfit for office. /s

“Either one is disqualifying for president.”

She cannot recall. That has been her lawyerly dodge for 25 years. 25 freaking years. Remember that old song on Limbaugh’s show from way back?

And she has the gall to spout off about her supposed worries on Trump’s temperament to be president, and his finger on the nuclear trigger. She is horrifying on both concepts.
