Though Russia and China are seemingly hooking up, make no mistake ‘each’ has their own aspirations as world power makers. It's a loose friendship to be sure as both will be playing their own roles on the World Stage as things develop over there. Years ago we had conversations here on the Matrix about the relationship with China and Russia, that it was important to keep on eye on them drawing closer.......and here we are.....much of which we really know little about other than they certainly have been thrown together for a time....
