Oh good grief!

Political pressure on the court is nothing unusual.
And the ACA IS a tax.

Can “political pressure” mean blackmail?

Why should anything surprise me concerning a weak (perhaps homosexual) SC justice that very likely flubbed the oath of office to Barry so that he could secretly use a Koran for him to swear his oath.

**Turns out those people were proven right today as a new Podesta email confirms that the Obama administration applied political pressure on Roberts to sway his decision: “it was pretty critical that the President threw the gauntlet down last time on the Court...that was vital to scaring Roberts off.”**

I knew this at the time it happened and voiced it then. Obama blackmailed Roberts

18 U.S. Code § 875 - Interstate communications

(d) Whoever, with intent to extort from any person, firm, association, or corporation, any money or other thing of value, transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to injure the property or reputation of the addressee or of another or the reputation of a deceased person or any threat to accuse the addressee or any other person of a crime, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

And: http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title18/part1/chapter41&edition=prelim

Definition of 'extortion': Virtually all extortion statutes require that a threat must be made to the person or property of the victim. Threats to harm the victim's friends or relatives may also be included. It is not necessary for a threat to involve physical injury. It may be sufficient to threaten to accuse another person of a crime or to expose a secret that would result in public embarrassment or ridicule. The threat does not have to relate to an unlawful act.

Other types of threats sufficient to constitute extortion include those to harm the victim's business and those to either testify against the victim or withhold testimony necessary to his or her defense or claim in an administrative proceeding or a lawsuit. Many statutes also provide that any threat to harm another person in his or her career or reputation is extortion.

We can whine about it all we like, but you really have to give the Dems credit for all they've accomplished.

The Democrat party and the Leftist movement is a well oiled machine that does nothing but win.

They play to WIN. Every single time.

I wish our side was as half as aggressive as they are.

I said at the time that Roberts switch from his original logical and well thought out position that Obamacare was unconstitutional to his last minute change to the irrational and contradictory writing that ended up being the majority opinion could only be explained by blackmail and/or coercion.

It turns out that I was right.

This is not a secret. John Roberts was and is being blackmailed because he and his wife illegally adopted their two children. The kids were born to different mothers in the Irish free state where the law it no nonIrish citizen can adopt an Irish born child. The kids were taken from Ireland to an undisclosed (yes undisclosed} country in South America where the adoptions took place. This is well known because at the time of his confirmation hearings te New York Times published this information then suddenly dropped it when the left realized they could blackmail Roberts at will. The left has carefully used this blackmail and only applied the threat three times once with gay marriage and twice with Obamavare. When the last Obamacare case was ruled on Scalia was shocked and said he had talked to Roberts 45 minutes before the ruling cazme down and Roberts told him he was going to vote no on Obamacare. Clearly the pressure talked about in this email was applied in a phone call during that small window of time. It might even have been from Obama himself. Look this up. Don’t take my word.

They’re evil when it comes to getting what they want. That’s why Cruz cannot sit on SCOTUS. Too much baggage, so he’s stunningly blackmailable.

If Roberts had any ethics or character he would have resigned. God will see to it he reaps his just reward.
