Do you remember Looboyles in Tulsa?
Not a surplus store but great sporting goods. Just East of Downtown on 11th I think. They also had a store in the mall but the original one was better.

Yep! Looboyles at Southroads Mall! Spent many a dollar there! Also at OERTLES.
