Is the conference room at the event in FL or at Trump Tower? Regardless, the mood there seems rather buoyant and upbeat so I don't think it's bad news we are waiting on.
Now the feed has a PIP of a podium so I expect Trump to be speaking shortly.

The podium and conference room is certainly an interesting change. Something big is up. Either they will have someone answering questions in the conference room or maybe material provided to the press. Very odd.
