As far back as the 2016 party conventions in July, Hillary Clinton was blaming the Russians for hacking and releasing embarrassing emails.
Now the Obama administration, through an executive agency, has decided to back up her claim.
Russia Today noted recently that emails and documents of the DNC were first released by Guccifer 2.0 in June, “but the DNC did not react until WikiLeaks released more files – which Guccifer 2.0 said he supplied to them – on the eve of the Democratic convention in Philadelphia.”
“Within hours, the Clinton campaign was accusing Russia and President Vladimir Putin personally of being behind the leaks, without disputing any of the document’s authenticity or content.”
Now the Obama administration, through the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Director of National Intelligence, is backing her claim.
In a statement that appeared just days ago, the agency said, “The U.S. Intelligence Community is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of emails from U.S. persons and institutions, including from U.S. political organizations.”
ODNI said the recent “disclosures of alleged hacked emails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motiviations of Russian-directed efforts.”

If Canky used the secure at-the-office State Dept systems for classified materials instead of her private basement bathroom server, there would have been no hacking by anybody - Russians, Wikileaks, Guccifer and perhaps many others.

Nothing that comes from the federal government is trustworthy. Show us the evidence.
How can this be when they just told us they were all fake?
I read an article that said it was the NSA, to retaliate because of her cavalier attitude toward handling classified material. Most likely it has already cost the intelligence agencies dearly, and probably gotten people killed (other than the Benghazi victims).
It makes more sense to me than the russkies. The russians wouldn't want such a rich and continuing source of intelligence to dry up, so why would they release the material?
They will stick to this because it fits their plan - to unleash the Mother of ALL WAG-THE-DOG wars should it look like Clinton will lose - it’s a tactic they’ve used before - Bosnia, Kosovo -

Let’s see one shred of evidence of this. The endless “Russia hackers” mantra is softening the American public up to question the validity of Trump’s upcoming landslide.
It’s far more likely and plausible that these leaks are originating in the American intelligence community, from intelligence personnel furious with the careless handling of classified information by Secretary Clinton.
How many of our spies and intelligence assets were burned because this greedy witch routed State Department communications through a server in some guy’s bathroom?

I still don’t think it was the Russians. I think it’s the Israelis or Brits. Both of whom could be operating from their embassies in Russia, perhaps. It could also be independent hackers from within Russia.
The bottom line is that we miss the point.
Hillary had extremely sensitive data passing through her server, devices, etc.
Somehow she thinks they weren’t vulnerable but even with the democrats’ best efforts they can’t prevent hacking.
IOW, Hillary compromised extreme national security.
OMG! What next? Do we invade Poland? Its beginning to sound like Germany August 1939. Putin attacked the unsecured Clinton Computer? A teen with a computer and time on his hands, could do that, without any help from Russia.

Evidence? WTH? They don’t need no steenkin’ evidence. Just them saying it is all that counts with the msm where most uninformed voters get their daily dose. Sadly there are very few out there that have a clue. About anything.
Typical leftists—change the subject from what’s in the (very devastating) emails to how they were made public. It doesn’t matter to me if some nerd at Google decided to have some fun and publish them, or if Putin and his buddies hired the best hackers in Russia to do it.
I’ve lost faith in any arm of the Federal Gov. I don’t believe anything I hear from any agency.
