Note, the difference between what is said at the start ("I give notice that I will move on the next sitting day") and the Hansard extract ("I move..."). These are two separate things and at the time I made my comment, only the first had happened.

I wonder how many people were even in Parliament at the time? If this was part of a speech to be given by a Greens member then the chamber may have been almost empty. If not I would be disgusted that on-one would have moved a motion against this! Sounds like the Greens member was moving a different sort of motion at the time LOL Nothing but sh*t comes out of their mouths anyway. Just the fact that another countries politics is mentioned coming up to their election is poor form and only an idiot would use the privilege of parliament to say something like that. I know it happened recently in the UK but they are being overun by gays and Muslims - oh wait this was Sydney - same thing I suppose!
