I believe this is a little psyops to keep the Democrats paranoid.
Think:
This information is SO damaging, they think it is a step UP to admit that their own personal emails (which, remember, they moved out of the secure servers to keep it out of the clutches of Freedom of Information Act), AND VIOLATED EVERY SECURITY RESTRICTION IN THE BOOK -- it is a step UP to say "Waaaah!! RUSSIA HACKED US, NO FAIR!"
IF THEY CANNOT PROTECT THEIR OWN SECRETS, HOW CAN THEY PROTECT US?
I truly hope everything in that screenshot is true. They should get the biggest bombshells out there before the last debate, because if the media ignores them it will give Trump a chance to tell everyone watching.
I believe that the number one most DAMAGING of Hillary's crimes is.. THE CLINTON FOUNDATION. There. I said it. 0dunga's/Hillary's foreign policy (or AMERICA'S foreign policy) has been BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS for at least the past 8 years. I'm trying to set expectations -- there's no proof of anything at this point. It may be a massive psyops campaign, for which the Clintons have been famous.
Set your expectations for something earth-shattering, then the real result is ho-hum -- and all the people that were waiting for the bomb to drop are left defeated.
I would add my voice to encourage Anonymous to release it now... the volume of material is so huge, it will take more than a month to go through it and all the while, advance polls are operating.......

Nevertheless, my understanding is there are more surprises coming every day. Thus, if you are correct, then it will not matter in big picture because of all the other scandals.
Early voting starts in my town on October 24th so I regret that this information will probably be coming too late for me :(
Every woman I know is voting for Trump. I find this hard to believe.
I think that they are accusing the Russians to hide something.

I believe the mid-level troops at CIA or similar fit that description.
