Yep. There are far too many clickbait articles from questionable sources with unsupported headlines being posted here.
I think folks have good intentions, but this kind of journalism must be a very lucrative business - write a great headline with a blah blah article and millions of people forward it to all their friends who open it and forward to their friends, etc. etc. The authors and hosts are laughing all the way to the bank because clicks = $$$.
Many of these sites have become the internet equivalent of the Weekly World News at the checkout counter. You see the headline “Baby has three heads” and next thing you know you have purchased a liner for your bird cage because the headline got ya!
