Comey isn’t going to resign until he gets a pardon...which after this and the collusion with DOJ, he’s going to need.
This seems to be more in reference to the 55K they did release.
But does admitting that they knew not releasing the 55K could put her in legal jeopardy mean that they should have known deleting the 33K was illegal?
I do not know every page of the email case.
