Yeah, but still. I was on a couple of complex medical civil trial juries a few decades ago. What plaintiffs try to get away with is shocking.

I’m no fan of anything he did, but there is no way I’d find against him unless they can prove he, with intent, caused her to commit suicide.

I hate making people responsible for the voluntary actions of others.

A person has control over their own emotions and other than a choice of extreme physical, not mental, torture and death or suicide I don’t see how another person can be blamed for one’s suicide.
psychologists and councilors for years have told people that another person cannot MAKE you feel a certain emotion, you do that yourself. These days I see the snowflakes around that are emotional morons because they’ve gotten away with blaming their problems on mean people.
