Let’ see the big mouth jerk apologize on TV. Bet he doesn’t. I don’t watch FAUX News any more, although I was once quite a fan, so I won’t see it. The husband DVRs and watches some stuff, so perhaps he can tell me if Jerry Rivers actually apologizes on air.

No, CYA for civil lawsuit. By acknowledging the “error” and apologizing he can’t be sued for slander or libel.

Everyone will remember the allegation and never hear about the retraction.
