It will be interesting to see what is in this batch. It seems to be a daily occurrence.
This is an off-the-record cocktails with the key national reporters, especially (though not exclusively) those that are based in New York. Much of the group includes influential reporters, anchors and editors. The goals of the dinner include:
(1) Give reporters their first thoughts from team HRC in advance of the announcement
(2) Setting expectations for the announcement and launch period
(3) Framing the HRC message and framing the race
(4) Enjoy a Frida night drink before working more

They could have a video of her punching a puppy after snorting a line of cocaine off the ass of hooker and people would still line up to vote for the broad.
Also, it makes you wonder, who is up next, when they finish with Podesta’s. ? :)
I’m still waiting on a single story about WikiLeaks to show up on the CNN.com website. Complete news blackout it seems.
This is like an advent calendar for a corrupt campaign. While I do think that it is good to stagger these releases, I wonder if this daily trickle is essentially akin to white background noise. For maximum effect, I wish they’d pick the most damning and drop them on a weekly basis leading up to the election. And the Trump campaign should be all over what she said about blacks (chronically underachieving even when given ample opportunities) in an earlier leak. This should be front and center in debates and campaign ads along with some nuggets she included about Muslims, etc.
What is this now? Like about 2% . . . I would kind of prefer that he release the most damaging - don’t know what impact they will have in the last couple of days.
Not the outrage over the stolen emails. But, when it comes to the illegally recorded and illegally released Trump tape, no comment from the LSM.

Subject: NYT story on costs of policy proposals
Madame Secretary et al I wanted to give you an update on NYT pending story on costs of policy proposals. Brian and I, with help from Jake and Neera, fought hard on this. I had pretty frank conversations with them about what an unfair story would do as a further setback in the relationship. Maggie thinks it is responsible and that we are not going to have a problem with it it will have all the caveats that HRC has not actually proposed these policies, and has said that we will pay for any new policies. She is going to read me the story later today off the record to further assure me. I will let you all know how that goes.
