Trump rips Paul Ryan, says 'shackles have been taken off me'
The Washington Times ^ | Tuesday, October 11, 2016 | Seth McLaughlin

Donald Trump unleashed the fury of his Twitter account on his GOP critics Tuesday, accusing them of being fair-weather backers and insisting that he's better off without their "shackles," and he can now run the kind of campaign he wants.

At first glance, though, the new Mr. Trump looked a lot like the old Mr. Trump -- with House Speaker Paul D. Ryan and Sen. John McCain targeted...

"Disloyal R's are far more difficult than Crooked Hillary," he said in another tweet. "They come at you from all sides. They don't know how to win -- I will teach them!"

Even as Mr. Trump was blasting fellow Republicans, his campaign was trying to shift the focus to Mrs. Clinton. It seized on revelations in emails from Hillary Clinton's time at the State Department that appear to show her aides giving Clinton Foundation friends special access, particularly during clean-up efforts in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake.

Mr. Trump did tweet about that, but saved most of his attention for his party's elected leaders.

Before the sun rose Tuesday, Mr. Trump went on the attack against Mr. Ryan. He went on to describe Mr. John McCain as a "very foul mouthed" turncoat and capped the day blasting the entire lot of Republicans that have deserted him less than 30 days out from the election.

On Twitter and then during an appearance on "The O'Reily Factor," he ripped  Mr. Ryan, calling the Wisconsin Republican a "very weak and ineffective leader" and accusing him of supporting "amnesty" for illegal immigrants and "bad budgets."

Mr. Trump said he no longer wanted Mr. Ryan's support and suggested Mr. Ryan might not be speaker of the House if he wins The White House.

Probably 90% of people on this forum voted for him in 2012. How many of them would vote for him today, even for dogcatcher?

Happy to be one of the 10% who was never fooled by Mittens even for a second and have never pulled the lever for him.

How is that working out for them?

Trump is very much on the path to victory on November 8th. And the fact that he will owe absolutely nothing to Paul Ryan and other GOPe RINOs will make it that much sweeter.

I'll bet I'm not the only one nodding my head in agreement. This is the most likely scenario I can see.

I used to believe that but no longer do. The RINOs are enemy number one. ***************** You cannot allow an enemy to remain inside your camp, they outed themselves as enemy#1 and they must be eliminated...

Enemies within your own ranks must be dealt with harshly. Since we can't kill them, they must be rendered ineffective. Calling them out taking their power away is the same as death to them anyway.

Shillary has to be defeated first.

Then rinos can be dealt with.

These rinos have been weaponized to get Hillary elected. Attacking scoundrels and fools in the GOP is exactly the right thing to do.

Trump should pull out the stops and tell it as he sees it. The media is apreading all kinds of lies while covering up important information that voters need to know. They are anything but watchdogs and, in my view, they are gunning for dictatorship where there will never be another opportunity to oust them.

Trump is self destructing? You clearly have no clue. Are you a troll or have you really bought into the Orwellian thinking of the left, where weakness is strength, freedom is slavery, etc.? Trump is doing exactly what somebody who wants to win, does.

He had a dominating performance at the debate. Does that sound like some one who is self destructing? Now he`s attacking those who tried to sabotage his campaign. That`s what a winner does.

You`re talking nonsense. Go to bed. You`re probably tired. Hopefully you`ll start thinking more clearly after a good night`s sleep.

Trump needs to get back on point. Right now the dims are enemy #1. Shillary has to be defeated first.
Then rinos can be dealt with.

Are you some kind of RINO parrot? We hear this type of verbal vomit each and every time the GOP has screwed the “little guy.”

Deal with it later...huh? Well, that’s never happened and will never happen if people have the same attitude you have or the total lack of recall as to what happens after each republican “screw job” makes our country worse.

DEAL WITH IT NOW! GET RID OF THE TRASH BEFORE IT ROTS OUR FREEDOMS AND LIBERTIES ANY FURTHER! Actually do something rather than blowing hot air at an immovable object.

“Trump needs to get back on point.”

Trump has been “on point” since he threw his hat into the ring. He’s going to win. He CRUSHED Cankles in 2nd debate. Thousands of people come to his rallies & they are FIRED UP! Cankles can’t fill a high school gym. Trumps going to win.

Vote Trump 2016

With Clinton they know they will be safe from scrutiny.

So, the word is out. You can’t blackmail a known traitor. They have been neutered. Even if she wins, they are branded forever. They are useless to the Uniparty. I guess they got in the path of that loose cannon.

Does anyone still believe the republican party represents us or is listening to us?

Sadly, the Stockholm-syndrome Republicans are still with us, urging us to pull the lever for the "R" regardless of who it is, friend or enemy of liberty and justice.

Trump has drawn his line in the sand:

Friend

Enemy
