I'm no fan of the Bush family or the media, but this kind of incident is troubling. No conversation you ever have in your entire life is ever off the record and can be used to destroy you years later.
Nobody can survive with a standard like that.
I certainly wouldn't want a personal email I sent to a girlfriend 20 years ago made public to embarrass me.

I don't if that was quite true eleven years ago, but it's certainly true now. The vast majority of people over about 12 years old now carry a miniature, audio/video recording device and camera.

Has it been said what sort of recording device was used by Billy Bush, or Access Hollywood?
