It does and she could have some sort of neurological damage. If she has been diagnosed with Parkinsons then her prognosis is probably 10 years before any chance of major impairment.

That presumes that she has been recently diagnosed and does not have another problem that could shorten her lifespan.

But we know, for example, that she is on Coumadin, and that is a treatment indicated by some problem aside from Parkinson's, perhaps, as indicated by Ed Klein in his new book, a cardiac valve lesion.

Also, it is possible that she had Parkinson's back when she fell and suffered a concussion, as Parkinson's patients are notoriously prone to falls.

Late stage only. If she was prone to falls she would also walk poorly.
