Despite having positioned himself as a critic of US foreign policy in the Middle East, Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party presidential nominee, said he would likely represent a continuation of President Barack Obama's efforts to contain ISIS.
"I don't want to do anything that takes a step backwards" in our fight against ISIS, the former governor of New Mexico told David Axelrod on "The Axe Files" podcast, produced by the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and CNN.

Is this guy high?
“don’t get high on your own supply”
Just simply continuing the problem.
That’s going to win him some votes.........
Johnson/Weed
For President!
...but not in Aleppo.
Johnson is one of Mitt and the GOPe’s #NeverTrump sock puppets.
Johnson’s like dragging any moron in off of the street and convincing him he’s got what the country needs in a president. That’s just how poor a leader Romney is.
So, no fight against ISIS? What Obama has done is nearly nothing. Prayers that we get a leader that will put the security of Americans first.....in every arena.
I was hoping this guy was going to be semi believable to draw votes away from Shrillary. He’s a walking vote repellent. Come on Gary! We are trying to get a real leader elected here. Pull your weight. Get engaged. Find Appelo on a Map. (I don’t care how it’s spelled right now). How are Hillary’s votes supposed to bleed off to you if you won’t even give it the ole college try. Snap out of it! {whack}
Gary Johnson (and others) should be included in these debates if they are on the ballots in enough states for them to reach 270 Electoral College votes. Let’s hear what they have to say!
Sorry, disagree. The Won has done too much already, aiding and abetting, and arming. And, it's "creative" arming... getting arms in place under US control, and then clandestinely having them "taken". Or just plain shipping to questionable rebels thru the State Dept and Canky.
Continuing with a failed policy.
Sure, that’s going to work.
That could cost him. I hope.
What I meant was that he had done nearly nothing to fight ISIS. I recognize he has been in overdrive, helping his fellow travelers in the terrorist realm.
...take a seat Alleppo.
ph
Idiot, but what is new for Libertarians
