I don’t know—Larry Kudlow, who has been an economic advisor to the campaign, reported today that Pence’s sticking with Trump was very much an open question from Friday to Sunday. That’s supposed to be be why Pence’s tweet in support of Trump after the debate was such a big deal. Kellyanne is very smooth and she didn’t actually deny such a situation in her response.
