They will have to. Then the extradition will start. Its simple really, the country who accepts them gets NO AID.

And they cant got to Russia. China? N Korea? Thats about it.

No matter how much she deserves it ( A Lot!) Hillary! will not be prosecuted.

If political criminals can expect to be prosecuted when they leave office or lose elections, then there is no reason for them to peacefully transfer power. Every election will have the potential to become a civil war.

The peaceful transfer of power is critical to survival of the USA.

So, once a government official, upon leaving office, is, and probably should be, immune to prosecution for his crimes him office. Likewise, defeated candidates should probably not be prosecuted for any crimes discovered during the campaign. (Prosecute them BEFORE they become candidates!)
