I use PowerPoint to add clever bits to photos, and then save and then crop in MS Picture Manager. Sometimes when I save it as a .jpg, the text/line art turns out fuzzy depending on the resizing. Hint: When you add text to a photo, if you save the art as a .gif, rather than .jpg, the text is crystal clear. Just a suggestion.

BTW,Great pic and comments!

Thanks.

I did that one as a jpg, and the text turned out fine when at the right size. It was when it was resized from a thumbnail that it ended up fuzzy. I’ve done a couple of others but rarely have a chance to use them. Might try a few more later on, just depends on if I find pictures to work with, which should not be a problem with this election going on...

I might tinker with GIF though, I’ve used it before for web use and it works well, also BMP, which turns out a very small file size for fast loading. I can’t remember I think GIF turns out a little bigger. I’ll have to look.
