There are two conclusive and certain ways to beat stealth.
1. Use VHF radar to get your heat-seeking missiles within a mile...
2. Take out the stealth aircraft on the ground.

Also, despite the propaganda about the invincible F-35, robot aircraft could fly circles around it because the human pilot cannot take the same G-forces. (Think China: robot-manufacturing capital of the world.)

3. Robot aircraft (UCAV) could be guided to them by VHF/UHF radar, then those aircraft could target them with IR missiles not unlike the Sidewinder.

The invincible F-35 cannot fly far enough to do anything - it is so range limited it would have to be positioned in Syria to be effective if it could carry any bomb load which amounted to anything.

There are no known drones which could pull off anything bomb-wise anywhere in Syria with out being shot down within seconds of crossing the Syrian boarder.
