I agree most people going to see this one as idiotic fake outrage

I was just reading an article on CNN from 2015 about Saturday Night Live being still awesome at 40 and one of the reasons they were praising the show or for things like this

Pushing the limits
“SNL” has battled NBC’s censors over the years, so it’s surprising what did make it on the air. How about “Sofa King,” the New Jersey furniture store? Or the music video “D**k in a Box”? .....

The show was once even sponsored by “Pussy Whip, the first dessert topping for cats.”

I remember the dessert topping for cats ...it was Chevy Chase doing the Weekend Update and Don Pardo announced it as the sponsor..... I laughed my ass off

You’re wrong about the impact. This is going to be bad for Trump. It shouldby given the standards set by liberal icons like JFK, Clinton and Obama but it will.

He will need to change the narrative and fast.

At around the same time, Gilda Radner did a bit on SNL as the front singer for a band, singing about her f*cked up fans.
