They don't need to keep their jobs. And they don't need to be allowed to unionize--that was just a JFK Executive Order. It can rescinded the same way.

It was the same process in converse as seeding the small-town, conservative areas of the country with Moslem terrorists and their women--to destroy a way of life.
It's crucial, and do-able, to destroy the Democrats' gangland hold on the Federal government by cutting its budget by 70 percent--starting with any of the 99 percent of its functions that are unconstitutional, and sell the buildings. Not only do those bureaucrats go into the diaspora, the whole spider web of Communist lawyers, lobbyists, foundations and consultants fades away with them. They will have to make a living out there in flyover country, and many of them will become more conservative. But in any case, they will lose their influence.

Your post is spot on. I live in a very rural area. Like most rural areas in flyover country, it used to be very conservative. People who wanted to live here almost always made their living off of the resources God blessed this area with: loggers, miners, ranchers, farmers, etc. These people recognize it is God who ultimately sustains them, blessing them with these resources.
But then the government moved in, seeking control of the resources, and by doing such, gaining control of the people. Of course the first government workers claimed they couldn’t do the job on their own and demanded to have more and more government workers sent here to help control the people, setting more and more rules and regulations on how people who actually work can utilize the resources. “You can’t put cattle there”. “You can’t use the water for that”. “You can’t extract minerals there”. And it goes on and on.
These newly planted government “workers” tended to vote democrat because the democrats supported the whole idea of more control. A forest area that used to have just a few rangers overseeing it now has hundreds of rangers finding more excuses for ‘work’. It’s gotten so bad that when I attempt to go out and cut firewood now, (I’m not allowed to pull off the road more than a few feet to retrieve the wood) that I often come across rangers who are out there with GPS devices, and their whole purpose is the attempt to map every single square foot of the land, plotting every tree, shrub, and clump of grass.
These government workers first began the process of importing more and more government workers, paid to be there with money from the federal teat, and almost always voting democrat. If it were not for outside money, they wouldn’t be able to exist here since their ‘work’ produces nothing, but rather has the sole intent of placing rules and regulations (control) on those who’s genuine work produces useful things.
Over the past few decades there’s been another sort of people that have been moving to rural areas who have no intent of making a living by utilizing the resources God has blessed an area with. These are also democrats, and they’ve been given mobility to live wherever they want without working because they are leeches living off the government redistributed labors of others. As more and more of them move to a rural area and start to breed and multiply, they call for more government workers to help distribute the confiscated labor of the producers. Most of these leeches do not give thanks to God for blessing an area with His resources and bounty, but rather give thanks to the government for redistributing others wealth to them.
Then there’s the most recent non-worker who has been invading rural areas that you mentioned. When a rural area that has a population making a living off the local resources doesn’t have an influx of the libtard leeches, the government is now importing the Muslims and young “refugees” from south of the border and shipping them to these rural areas for he sole purpose adding a class of people who will be dependent on the government. The result will be more democrat (Uniparty) voters in that area, as well as a corrupting influence on the next generation of conservative/Godly people who have been living in that area. This last method our ‘leaders’ are using is truly diabolical in nature. It sickens me!
