Is Millery one of Obama’s appointees after having fired those 100 or-so generals and admirals a few years back?
That was my guess, but there was nothing in his Wikipedia entry that I saw.
He is from Massachusetts and attended Columbia University, so it's likely he's pretty Liberal so far as military officers go.
