Did they duck tape Shep Smith to a tree?

I was camping once and we had 90 mph wind shear. We were in a pavilion with no walls. Huge wind, only broke one tent pole on 6 brand new tents.

We all survived.

We mourn those deaths butthe connection is indirect, not direct.

Those two dead were not a direct cause of the hurricane. ABC hype.

The media is the enemy.

The media is lying

The media make it sound like most of Florida was hit with 100 mph sustained winds which is a lie. Most “Hardest hit” ares around 50 45 50mph or near there.

The media want to make this a catastrophe to help Hillary especially in Florida which is the key state.

Drudge even said the media and the gov agencies exaggerated the htreawt of category 4 hurricane hitting Florida

So two natural causes deaths very indirectly storm-related.

Not caused by the hurricane.

“emergency officials could not get to them because of the storm’s strong winds.”

It has been widely announced that no Emergency Worker will go out in any wind over 45 mph.

I cry foul — this is what we get from unionized forces.

They got their deaths. Of course its speculation whether the deaths were truly caused by the storm. .. esp. the 80+ year old man.

Only TWO dead that appeared to be on their way out anyway, storm or not, and only 300 deaths in Haiti.

The Enemy Media is greatly saddened and not having a very good week, body-count wise!

Jerks.

The poor old woman probably died from a heart attack after watching Shemp Smith saying everyone on the east coast will be dead in 24 hours

Sounds like those two might have died anyway, unnoticed if it wasn't for Matthew.
They died *in* the storm, not killed *by* the storm.
Either way, R.I.P.

First responders and emergency crews shouldn’t have to risk their lives for idiots who decided to ride it out after being warned to get out.

According to this graphic from the National Hurricane Center, Florida has seen hurricane force winds from Vero Beach to St. Augustine Beach. In reality, no coastal stations have reported hurricane force winds at all.

A) The “dirty” side of the storm (right side) will remain out to sea. This contains the most destructive winds and precipitation.

2) The eye appears to be remaining out over the ocean. The storm surge should be very limited, as this hugs the eye.

These two deaths were not caused by the hurricane.

The coroners' reports should state causes of death as "suicides", i.e., willful failure to get out of Dodge before sunset.
