Not knowing that a hurricane would knock killary/kaine out of the headlines, I think this whole clown thing was set up to distract the liv from just how bad the dim offering is this time.
Building slowly and now its obvious that it can’t be just one guy - I guess they’re guys - so even communities that haven’t had a clown sighting - how weird does that sound - are wondering when they’ll be next.
Just like having the next debate on during SNF. How were they to know the NFL ratings drop might actually result in higher debate ratings than dim handlers wanted.
And stirring up blacks so they don’t have as much time to ponder on dims keeping them on the plantation for decades, centuries really.

I think that Kaine accomplished his goal of preventing Pence from ever getting out a clearly said positive statement about Trump or a negative about Hillary that could ever be used in a sound bite later. Kaine was obnoxious but far more people might have seen the sound bite later than watched the horrible debate.
Cesar Romero was a Republican btw. And the only “evidence” of him being gay is that he was not married.
