Muswell Hillbillies?Always something to learn on FR. I hit up Wikipedia and learn of the rock group "The Kinks". Seems that their ballads told of working class blues and the changing scene. The title was as you have stated. When I left London Town in 1955 Muswell Hill was considered rather posh. I understand it is still nice though.
Curious how some people fitted in to old London Town many years ago. The Jewish and the Irish long established. I have heard some misgivings about other more recent dwellers though.
