I'll say! Just took this Weather Channel screenshot - I've been to picnics with stronger winds:
Matthew hasn’t (yet) delivered the wind event that the MSM got hysterical about due to the relatively small eye wall that just missed Nassau and has stayed offshore so far - but the storm surge risk for N. FL, GA, and SC is still very high if it keeps hugging the coast like this.
