Here in NJ those black females are toxic; companies hire Hispanic females instead. Less legal hassles, better work ethic; basically both groups have the same language issues while one seems much more interested in working.
I have a family member who worked for a small manufacturing company that had some government contracts. They were always under the Affirmative Action gun. Did everything in their power to recruit and retain minorities, with little success.
It seems every time they hired a black woman she would leave for the weekend on Friday and then never be able to answer the bell Monday morning.
