Trump signs all over yards here west of Charlotte. No Hillary signs anywhere.

Had a black lady come to door yesterday canvassing for the Trump campaign. She’s a retired schoolteacher, a Christian, and an ardent Trump supporter.

It is the cities, where freedom goes to die, that vote for ‘Rats. Outside of the cities North Carolina is Trump Country.

I remember how Jesse Helms was always in trouble in his four NC re-election races, particularly 1984. Somehow, he managed victories on the order of 52 percent. But Burr is no Helms for sure.

Oh, yea, PA split tickets in 1964: LBJ and liberal Republican Hugh Scott. Easily possible

Maybe if Burr and Rubio had sided with the citizens and the rule of law instead of illegal aliens and their employers they wouldn’t be in trouble.

You are RIGHT! It would be hard to argue for Burr, wouldn't it?

Guess Toomey is still better than a Demwit, but he has been disappointing in terms of 2nd Amendment issues.

Life is about managing things relative to each other. We’re talking about Dirty Harry here.

Bayh is favored because of name ID. It’s what Hoosiers recognize.

In Charlotte? Really? I bet there are Hillary signs, though, in the Triangle.

I’m incredulous about the NC Senate race being 50/50. Ross doesn’t seem like all that great a candidate.

The Governor’s race looks less favorable, rat +4 in RCP average.

Odd, isn't it, that the latest 2016 electoral map resembles the 2014 midterm map? (smirk)

<>

The 2014 midterm map is the year the Democrats got slaughtered (smirk).

2016 is an electoral projection map----2014 is Congressional race results.

NOTE: Twenty-nine Democrats who voted for Obamacare (including onetime lawmaker Landrieu who pocketed a bundle to vote for it) were ousted in the 2014 midterm Democrat Demolition Derby.
