If by "won" you mean did anyone change any minds then then answer has to be neither won. Kaine came across as an ill-mannered boor, but I've no doubt that Clinton supporters cheered every rude interruption and snide comment. Pence was quietly articulate, but a bit too laid back and genteel.
Net is neither performance moved the needle but just confirmed those who have already decided in their decisions.

Nonsense. There are millions of undecided voters and this one and only VP debate did sway some, probably many of them, to vote for Trump/Pence but we still need to see a better performance from Trump on Sunday night.
