No, I am talking about Panetta... he’s the one who gave the Go.. Obama denied it every time he was asked... Panetta finally said “what will it take for you to say yes?” And then Panetta set up a situation that met all those check marks and ordered the GO... because he knew if he went to Obama he would not give it.
