Over one-third of the residents of Fairfax County are now foreign born. Immigration, the Beltway bandits, and government employees dominate NoVA, which why VA is going to be a solid blue state in just a few years, if it isn’t already.

I have lived in Va since 1991, I've seem this state go from very Red (George Allen) to dark blue (current crook as gov). You're right, North Va dominates elections that are statewide now. Hopefully, we can at least keep hanging on at local levels as the majority in the state.

It would be nice to see Virginia vote Red again for President.
