The member - person being donated to
These were donations from banks
Then, there is the amount donated
And, finally, some kind of notation-from a line item? Account?-that was in TARP

That file showed by bank how much they contributed to Democrats versus how much they received in Tarp funds.

The fraction is miniscule.

However, the point is for the Democrat Congressman noted on the row of data to use that fact (TARP funds) as leverage for more donations.

This is the file that is the “Sic ‘em!” file to go get money from the banksters.
