I don't think "blame" is the correct term to apply. It has become apparent to me over the years that being Jewish often imparts high intelligence. Ashkenazi descended people are some of the most brilliant that the world has ever known.
The problem with Brilliance, especially as applies to comprehending social phenomena, appear to me to be two fold.
1. Sometimes there is a thin line between "Brilliant" and "Crazy".
2. Sometimes "Brilliant" people are not so smart as they think they are.
I think Karl Marx was a little of both. As a matter of fact, I see these two characteristics repeated over and over with a lot of our modern day "social engineers".
They are in over their head and don't realize it, and they dart back and forth over the line between reality and insanity.
Once again, by Jewish law, Marx was Jewish, but not in any other way. His parents took the step to convert, although they were never very religious, in either religion. Marx was not raised with the slightest bit of Jewish upbringing, and never considered himself a Jew.
Didn't the 20th century teach you anything about this kind of thinking? Marie Curie seemed brilliant to me, but maybe you think she was stupid because she was Polish?
