I was told Trump would be bulletproof to the attack barrage Hillary would throw at him. Not so much. And if his return fire continues to be Bill’s affairs, the ship is sunk.

Scheiderman is el primo example of a rat who abuses his office solely to further a political agenda. This guy is constantly on Trumps arse about everytyhing yet he does absolutely NOTHING about the Clinton criminal cabal even though the Clintons are based in New York and New York city. I mean look at this - He’s closing down Trumps foundation because of a freakin’ license. Another way to look at it is if you are a left-wing statist you should be careful about claiming unlimited executive and judicial privilege.

I find it odd that the Trump Foundation is based in New York, but this Wiki Link says its never been registered in New York.

In the early 2000s, the Trump Foundation started soliciting outside donations. However, it had never applied for or received licensing to solicit such donations in New York. Tax filings show that, in each of the last 10 years, the Trump Foundation raised more than $25,000 from outsiders without proper registration. Records show that at least some of these donations were actively solicited from New York-based donors. The lack of registration may have allowed the foundation to avoid New York State audit requirements. Trump may also be required by law to return all donations.
On October 3, 2016, the New York State Attorney General's office issued a "notice of violation" to the Foundation and ordered it to immediately cease its fundraising activities in New York. The AG's Office found that the Foundation broke laws by raising funds from donors outside the state without registering properly. In New York, state regulations "require nonprofits raising more than $25,000 a year in New York to register and file audited financial statements and annual financial reports to the attorney general’s charities bureau," which the Trump Foundation failed to do.
Meanwhile FEC winks at the Clinton campaign collecting from foreign entities.
