She speaks “American-English” like it’s her first language. She speaks fast without having to pause to translate her Arabic thoughts in to English speech.

English is widely spoken and is a second language in Kuwait and many of those countries.
Kuwait teaches and uses English as a second language.
I'm not suggesting that she is lying, I'm just saying that there is more to the story than just what she told Milo.
She speaks like a typical American teenager.
I see what you’re saying. Years ago I went to college with some people from Pakistan, they were here on visas and hadn’t been here long, and they spoke English very well as it is taught in their schools and they had spoken it most of their lives as a second language. They had picked up our conversational terms pretty quickly. She said she spent time watching live streams and videos too when she was growing up too so that probably helped.
I hope she and Kuwait can offer advice on how to ban all Muslims from entering the United States.
Or does she want the ban to begin after the rest of her family gets here?
Went to college with a student from Kuwait. I was puzzled by his command of English until I learned that Kuwait was basically, at the time, an island of western civilization for the most part. The country was so rich that auto mechanics would be seen driving Mercedes. Then Saddam invaded.
