Question for our resident mariner and buoy afficianado: What would explain the difference between two buoy names that otherwise seem to be the same buoy? 42058 and 42T58

The "T" name graph looks like it is quivering in the wind, while 42058 is a smoothed line.

Federal govt. owns and operates these buoys need i say more?
Barometer is plummeting,but looking good for the keys not for my friends in NC.
