It appears that the authorities do not have clear evidence that he has broken the law. If preaching hate and using Sharia Law isn't enough to arrest this cleric, then Congress had better write law that clearly states that Islamic Jurisprudence is not compatible with US Law or our Constitution.....starting with gay lifestyle, Islamic law demands death for that. Social Justice authorities need to be fired.
