Turn it against them instead of acting defensive. He just looks weak saying stuff like I tried to help her, and I told her she was beautiful etc.
No one cares about this woman and whether or not someone thought she looked beautiful in 1997 or whether or not she had her feelings hurt in 1997. Why is this even an issue?
DEMOCRATS are the ones who turned the focus away from important issues, but Trump is the one who took the bait and embroiled us all in this silly non-issue.
Trump should have said “It’s not pertinent to the issues the American people care about: the economy, security, international affairs, our future as a nation.”
That would have made Clinton look petty and small. Instead, she is mocking him for taking up so much time with an issue SHE raised. And he is taking up a lot of time.
Clinton is a devious corrupt liar, but she is not stupid. She had Trump pegged from the beginning and she was right, he’s easy to bait.
That said, every president has had his weaknesses and Trump would be no different. But dammit, why do we have to put up with such nonsense?
