What does he do with the money though? He brags about not spending it, and we're just over two months from the election. When is he going to start spending?
And before someone says "he's killing it, he knows best", the polls are tight. Some separation between him and Hillary in the polls would be good, bury her. He can't just do it with personal appearances!
