They don’t realize, that unlike most products, fresh milk can’t be shipped from two or three states away!

I never even considered whether the big farms wanted to get rid of the small farms, I just saw it as out of control government. There is already a quota system in place that limits the amount of milk and dairy products a farm can sell. One of the local dairies that is right on the Canadian border has its own stores and does quite a cross border business was fined one time for selling too much milk.
