If it’s not voter fraud, then it’s identity theft. Identity theft IS illegal.
They need to hold back and see if anybody tries to use those registrations to vote. Then, bust them.
The snarky comment by Toscano clearly validates the reason WHY republicans are working hard to prevent voter fraud.
Republicans have never done enough to stop VOTE FRAUD by the Democrats!
