I live in NJ. While no one knows the identity of the engineer I can tell you boatloads of swarthy, Middle-Eastern types drive fuel oil trucks and gasoline tankers all over this state.
I travelled for years by regional train to and from the main “Union Station” in downtown Toronto, and have been in both Grand Central Station and the main train station in Boston. At rush hour those platforms are packed and there would have been almost no time for people to react, or any place to hide. Prayers for those who were injured.
