A company controlled by Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for president, secretly conducted business in communist Cuba during Fidel Castro’s presidency despite strict American trade bans that made such undertakings illegal, according to interviews with former Trump executives, internal company records and court filings.

American Pravda doing the Democrats dirty work. The Clintons are the most corrupt people in the history of American life, but the MSM portrays them, it always seems, as two innocent bunnies in a field of lillies on Easter Sunday. It’s pathetic. Two definite traitors in our midst and they do nothing to report it.

Well at least Trump has no equivalent to the Clintoons Arkancide.
How many folks have you Clintoons have killed?
Can you say Ron Brown?
How about Vinnie Foster?
And a whole basket full of other victims.

The Clinton Scandal That Still Matters Is Not the One You Think

From the Fiscal Times article:
"...Under the guidance of an attorney representing Tyson Foods, Hillary Clinton made a $98,540 profit from a $1,000 initial investment in less than one year trading commodity futures. While $98,540 may not seem like much money relative to the Clinton family’s wealth today, it exceeded Bill and Hillary’s combined annual income at the time..."

A clear quid pro quo. And there were other serious financial issues surrounding this as well.

Did he pardon a guy who traded with Iran during that embargo, only to receive a large contribution to his presidential library.

I’m sure the next issue will reveal all the foreign governments and dodgy characters who have financed the Clinton machine.

Response pattern:

1) This was a LEGAL exploratory business venture in response to potential government policy decisions (which Trump couldn’t control), which could have helped the Cuban people (not the government; if so, no deal), but doesn’t hurt Americans (no factories would move)

2) This is because, as a businessman, Trump takes action and wins, unlike Hillary, who is endless talking and cronyism

3) ATTACK: Clinton Crime Family ripped off Haiti

So what!?!?! That makes him SMART! Shut up NewsWAEAk!

Violating the law makes someone smart? If, in fact, Trump did it in the first place. Newsweek's supporting evidence looks very weak and entirely circumstantial.

As I recall the info that came out at the time was that she gave $1,000 to a guy who was trading cattle futures. As he was buying and selling for a number of folks he got to assign which “sales” would be attributed to her account. So the sales that produced he gave to her. In other words, other people were screwed so she could make out big. I don’t recall that he went to prison. Nor did she ever acknowledge impropriety or make restitution. As she had already gotten away with even bigger things as this came out, Whitewater, Rose Law, etc. not much was really ever made but she has been filthy corrupt since AT LEAST the cattle futures fraud.

Let us apply logic to the problem. Hillary would like to suggest Trump is corrupt and so should not be under serious consideration for our support or vote? Am I understanding this correctly? LOL. I am not even going to waste time typing the other side of the argument.

As I recall the info that came out at the time was that she gave $1,000 to a guy who was trading cattle futures.

The trades were done thru Refco. The counterparty to those trades was Tyson Foods. The trades were done in a sharply rising cattle futures market. As the price of cattle goes up substitution takes place and the price of chicken follows it. In order to secure their profits in the rising market Tyson sold futures contracts via Refco and the counter-party was HRC. All the trading was done in the name of Refco "for clients" and the contracts matched at the end of the day.

The incredible thing about HRC's profits was that they were made in small re-trenchments in the rising market. A Florida Statistics professor who examined the trades in detail calculated the probability of repeating what she did as one in 8-10 Trillion

For Tyson this was a win/win situation. As part of their normal business operations they trade the cattle futures market so losses on the trades are deductable against any profits they make in the futures market. In effect they were able to give a tax deductable bribe to HRC.

I think the important aspect is it was not done BY her but FOR her. She claimed on at least one occasion she did it “by reading the WSJ.”
