Its technically NOT “Pakistani territory” as the Line of Control divides Jammu and Kashmir, which is disputed territory. Pakistan calls the part of Kashmir it occupies as Azad Kashmir (independent Kashmir), so they really can’t call it Pakistani.

If these strikes were across the International Border, it would have been legally in Pakistani territory.
