President Obama Wednesday night said U.S. service members fight so that people like the 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick can express their views and take a knee during the national anthem to make a point.

A widow of a veteran who died of cancer after being misdiagnosed at a Veteran Affairs hospital wanted to know why that doctor was still working at the hospital and there wasn't more accountability for some employees.
While Obama said that a lot of people have been fired and the VA has worked hard to improve wait times, he acknowledged that there is no way to "sugarcoat" the significant problems that "have accumulated over decades"

What an imbecile. No one is threatening our liberty except our own poltroon government, and the military isn’t fighting them.
And camel face whiner jock is proof that in some cases, sodomy would have had a happier result.
Why do lberals keep saying that? Nobody said he can’t protest.
The fact that he can protest doesn’t make his protest right or good.
so the enemy infiltrator agent is shooting off his big mouth again about “OUR” America, is he?
My Lord, what did You do with Your laryngitis microbes?
pleeeez, Lord....
WE are glad to have you.
obama’s an even bigger schmuck than Kaepernick, if such a thing is possible.
This veteran did not fight so some candy-assed puke could piss all over America. Sorry for my harsh words, but it’s true.
Wow! I forgot about that picture of total disrespect. It speaks volumes of how he really feels. It’s been a long 8 years. I’m praying for Mr. Trump to get into the oval office and get to work.
I watched Obama’s entire weasel screed to those gathered Mil folks at Ft. Lee . I was waiting [hoping] for a few of them to jump up and kick his weasel ass . But of course they didn’t ....That said ; F Kaepernick ....ass wad punk does not deserve a dime they pay him . Send him to a reeducation camp to get rid of his creepy attitudes
Obama envies Kaepernick...
Winston Churchill once said something to the effect that if you want to enjoy the blessings of free speech then you need to be able to put up with some foolish speech. I don’t think Kaepernick really knows what he’s protesting against but he does have the right to do it.
Must've missed history classes in your liberal education.
And no, we didn't shed our blood so spoiled football players could commit acts of treason.
Meanwhile, the biggest threats to our constitutional rights are in places like Washington, New York, and San Francisco (just to name a select few). And they operate without any fear of interference by the U.S. military -- or anyone else, for that matter.
LMAO.
One of the first times Obama is right.
Right for all the wrong reasons, but right is right.
That is more like it.
Trump insist on National Anthem being played when told it’s to late.

Almost no one is saying that SackerPick does not have a right to protest. The real problem is that the left thinks that Americans should not call him out for the real POS he is.
Yeah, Kreepy Kolin Krappernick has the right to express his asshole opinions. And I have the right to express my opinion of that brainless moron and of the gutless fools that run the NFL. And I’m not compelled to watch their shows, buy their products, or patronize their advertisers.
