Youtube seems to be taking this down quickly. The video is available from C-Span, which should be public domain. I'm guessing that someone is making a bogus copyright claim to keep it from going viral.

But, I have a question: has someone actually watched the entire debate and looked for both the alleged hand signal and the lack of a signal?

Compare Holt's behavior with and without the alleged signal. If his subsequent actions are 100% correlated with the alleged signal, then you have something worth investigating.

Without it, you just have a coincidental nervous tic.

Don’t think the ill woman is that coordinated. It may just be a nervous action that is part of her illness.
